Route bistro is a Food truck for the production of gourmet Quality facilitating the promotion and use of organic ingredients, grown by local farmers in North Carolina.
The menu was created by Colombian chef Julian Perez who has 15 years of experience in different Latin American and European cuisines .He was a teacher of culinary arts for five years at various universities in Colombia, and he studied in Argentina, and is specialized in Argentinian Molecular Gastronomy Association and French Culinary Academy with Chef Gerard Dupont.
This menu was designed according to the parameters of Latin-Americans gourmet gastronomy. This trendy allows the clients to taste a totally new flavor.
